Did you subscribe to things that aren’t appearing in the game? Then read on before you try to reinstall your game, Steam, Windows or pay for a program to fix this don’t do this, ever. In the Steam Client, check the Downloads page. Is the download stuck there? Perhaps with a “Missing Downloaded Files” error? If so, it’s a corrupted temp download file. If you’ve got the Missing Downloaded Files error, try this.

Usually step are sufficient. Delete the Downloads folder. Then restart Steam. Resume the download if needed. If that didn’t help: 5. Repeat step 1 and 2. Open the folder. Delete the folder with the mod’s SteamID. Repeat step 3 and 4. This will not affect your game, saves or workshop items. All you’ll be deleting is a temporary file that’s stored during the download. Normally this file is moved to the Workshop folder once completed, but because it’s corrupt Steam doesn’t recognize it and it stays in the Downloads folder.

This is an issue that currently affects all Workshop games. It’s not caused by the actual game, it’s a bug in the Steam Client. Asking Paradox to fix it won’t help, the problem is on Steam’s end. I went through each step and there wasnt anything there. I did load the game on my Mac Pro and the first day it was the same. However i checked today all of the assets and mods are there.
